Company Registered Intellectual Property definition

Company Registered Intellectual Property means all Registered Intellectual Property owned by, filed in the name of, assigned to or applied for by, the Company.
Company Registered Intellectual Property means United States and foreign Patent Rights, registered Trademarks, registered copyrights and designs, mask work registrations and applications for each of the foregoing that are registered or filed in the name of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, alone or jointly with others.
Company Registered Intellectual Property means all of the Registered Intellectual Property owned by, or filed in the name of, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
