Unreimbursed Expenses definition

Unreimbursed Expenses means unreimbursed expenses incurred or to be incurred by any member of the Berkshire Owner Group in connection with such Common Sale and/or Sale Transaction, including all costs, expenses and fees of third-party advisors, including accountants, lawyers, consultants and financial advisors.
Unreimbursed Expenses shall have the meaning provided in Section 3(c).
Unreimbursed Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(c)(ii).
