Unsubscribed Delivered Energy definition

Unsubscribed Delivered Energy means that portion of the Qualified Amounts equal to the product of (a) the sum of Qualified Amounts, in all hours for the XXX Period being calculated, measured in kWh, and (b) the quotient of the Unsubscribed Capacity divided by the Contract Capacity.
Unsubscribed Delivered Energy means that portion of the Qualified Amounts equal to the product of (a) the sum of Qualified Amounts, in all hours for the TOD Period being calculated, measured in kWh, and (b) the quotient of the Unsubscribed Capacity divided by the Contract Capacity.
Unsubscribed Delivered Energy means the quotient of Unsubscribed Capacity divided by Contract Capacity, multiplied by the sum of Deemed Delivered Energy and Delivered Energy recorded by the meter specified in Section 3.6, as applicable, in all hours for the TOD Period being calculated, measured in kWh.
