Unsupervised access to a child definition

Unsupervised access to a child means that the person in question has access to a child and that either of the following applies:
Unsupervised access to a child means that the person in question has access to a child and that either of the following applies: (1) no other person 18 years of age or older is present in the same room with the child, or (2) if outdoors, no other person 18 years of age or older is within a 30-yard radius of the child or has visual contact with the child. (Sec. 109.574(C).)
Unsupervised access to a child means that the person in question has access to a child and that either or both of the following applies: (a) no other person over 18 years of age is present in the same room with the child or, if outdoors, no other person is within a 30-yard radius of the child, or (b) the person in question establishes or attempts to establish a relationship of trust with the child.

  • Son or daughter of a covered servicemember means a covered servicemember's biological, adopted, or foster child, stepchild, legal ward, or a child for whom the covered servicemember stood in loco parentis, and who is of any age.

  • Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Low dose-rate remote afterloader means a brachytherapy device that remotely delivers a dose rate of less than or equal to 200 rads (2 gray) per hour at the point or surface where the dose is prescribed.

  • Supervisee means an individual who has submitted a supervisory contract and has received board approval to provide clinical services in social work under supervision.

  • Child support agency means the public agency responsible for child support

  • Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Non-Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
