Updated Mortgage Loan Schedule. The monthly loan schedule to be prepared by the Master Servicer and delivered to the Trustee and the Depositor pursuant to Section 3.12(c), which monthly loan schedule shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit E-2.
Updated Mortgage Loan Schedule means a schedule in the form of, and containing the same type of information as reflected on, the Mortgage Loan Schedule, updated as of a date not more than ten (10) Business Days prior to the Closing Date.
