Upgrade Products definition

Upgrade Products means Software Products made available to licensees of authorized, full, specific previous versions of Software for upgrading to the then current version of Software Products, that are designated as “Upgrade Products” on the License Fee List.

  • OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.
