Service List means the list of persons designated by the hearing officer or Clerk in a regulatory or adjudicatory proceeding upon whom parties or participants must serve motions, prefiled questions and prefiled testimony and any other documents that the parties or participants file with the Clerk unless the hearing officer otherwise directs. (See definition of "notice list" in this Section.) (See also 35 Ill. Adm. Code 102.422.)
Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.
Active list means a list of active electors maintained pursuant to 13-2-220.
Loan List means the Loan List provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Custodian, as set forth in Schedule II hereto (which shall include the specific documents that should be included in each Loan File), as the same may be changed from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Eligible list means an official record kept in the Commissioner's office as a public record which contains the names of those persons who have successfully completed examinations, listed and ranked in order of their final ratings from the highest to the lowest rank.
Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.
DQ List has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(g).
Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.
Agency Fee Letter means the Administrative Agent Fee Letter, dated as of the Closing Date, by and between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower (as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in writing between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower).
Price List means any price list(s) issued by SAP for the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model setting out the available software, services and the prices or fees as further defined in the in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated quarterly in arrears, equal to 25% of the Fee Amount;
De-listing means, in respect of any relevant Underlying Equities, the Exchange announces that pursuant to the rules of such Exchange, such Underlying Equities cease (or will cease) to be listed, traded or publicly quoted on the Exchange for any reason (other than a Merger Event or Tender Offer) and are not immediately re-listed, re-traded or re-quoted on an exchange or quotation system located in the same country as the Exchange (or, where the Exchange is within the European Union, in any member state of the European Union);
Fee Letter means any letter or letters dated on or about the date of this Agreement between the Arrangers and the Original Borrowers or the Parent (or the Agent and the Parent) setting out any of the fees referred to in Clause 11 (Fees).
Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.
Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated June 19, 2013 among the Company, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC.
Priority List means the annual listing of fundable, waiting, and planning portion projects.
Arranger Fee Letter means that certain Arranger Fee Letter related to this Agreement, entered into by the Company and dated November 23, 2015.
Short-List means the list of Persons that the Department determines are the best highly qualified potential Design-Builders for the Project, based on an evaluation of the SOQs submitted by such Persons.
Agency Fee means the fee payable by the Partner to Bolt per every event of sale of the Partner’s Goods through the Bolt Food Platform for the provision of agency services to the Partner. Agreed Percentage is the percentage agreed in the Special Terms that serves as the basis for the calculation of the Agency Fee.
Agent Fee Letter means the Agent Fee Letter between Borrower and Agent, dated as of the Closing Date, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated or otherwise modified.
Agent's Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated as of the date hereof (as hereafter amended from time to time) between the Borrower and the Agent respecting certain fees payable to the Agent for its own account.
Lender Fee Letter means each fee letter agreement that shall be entered into by and among the Borrower, the Servicer and the applicable Lender in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, as amended, modified, waived, supplemented, restated or replaced from time to time.
Maintenance Margin means the minimum amount of money required in your Trading Account as specified on the Trading Platform in order to keep a Transaction open on the Trading Platform.
Rate Schedule or “Rider” means the rate or charge for a particular classification of service, including all special terms and conditions under which that service is furnished at the prescribed rate or charge.
Delegate List/Report means a list submitted by the Contractor indicating the names of designated Attendees who have made reservations under the Program’s room block.
