Upper Division States definition

Upper Division States means the Colorado River Basin States of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.
Upper Division States means the States of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. Water delivery contract means a con- tract between the Secretary and an en- tity for the delivery of Colorado River water in accordance with section 5 of the BCPA.

During the Agency Period, each time the Company files an annual report on Form 10-K the Company will meet the then-applicable requirements for use of Form S-3 under the Securities Act.

  • Remainder Registration Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
