Urban Properties definition

Urban Properties means those properties located within the Town of Jasper as defined in the Agreement for the Establishment of Local Government in Jasper dated June 13th, 2001.
Urban Properties means the various mineral properties in which Urban has an interest as disclosed to Troilus in the Urban Disclosure Letter.
