Urban Renewal Law definition

Urban Renewal Law means Oregon Revised Statute, (ORS 457), Chapter 457, and the State Urban Renewal Law.
Urban Renewal Law means the Colorado Urban Renewal Law, Sections 31-25-101 et seq., C.R.S.
Urban Renewal Law has the meaning set forth in the 4th Recital of this Agreement. "Vesting Date" is the date a City Entity acquires fee title to a Private Parcel. "Waterfront Master Plan" has the meaning provided in Recital 12 of this Agreement.
