US Dollar Swingline Exposure definition

US Dollar Swingline Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate principal amount of all Swingline Loans denominated in US Dollars outstanding at such time. The US Dollar Swingline Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of the aggregate US Dollar Swingline Exposure.
US Dollar Swingline Exposure means, with respect to any Lender, at any time, such Xxxxxx’s U.S. Dollar Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage of the U.S. Dollar Swingline Loans outstanding at such time.

Related to US Dollar Swingline Exposure

  • Swingline Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate principal amount of all Swingline Loans outstanding at such time. The Swingline Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the total Swingline Exposure at such time.

  • Revolving Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Revolving Loans and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure at such time.

  • Revolving Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the aggregate principal amount at such time of all outstanding Revolving Loans of such Lender, plus the aggregate amount at such time of such Lender’s LC Exposure.

  • Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage means, as to any Revolving Credit Lender at any time, the ratio of (a) the amount of the Revolving Credit Commitment of such Revolving Credit Lender to (b) the Revolving Credit Commitment of all the Revolving Credit Lenders.

  • L/C Exposure at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit at such time, and (b) the aggregate amount of all L/C Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed or converted into Revolving Loans at such time. The L/C Exposure of any L/C Lender at any time shall equal its L/C Percentage of the aggregate L/C Exposure at such time.
