US Loan Limit definition

US Loan Limit means US$165,000,000, as such amount may be increased or decreased pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of Section 2.6 hereof.
US Loan Limit means the aggregate amount of the US Commitments. As of the Closing Date, the US Loan Limit is $19,000,000. “US Loan Parties” means the US Borrowers and the US Guarantors.
