US Tax Returns has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(h)(i).

  • No Borrower expects to identify one or more of the Loans under this Agreement as a “reportable transaction” on IRS Form 8886 filed with the U.S. Tax Returns for purposes of Section 6011, 6111 or 6112 of the Code or the Treasury regulations promulgated thereunder.
