US Vessels definition

US Vessels means, collectively, the Invincible, the Manistee, the Calumet, the Manitowoc, the Defiance, the Ashtabula, the J▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, the L▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, the M▇▇▇▇ and the Victory.
US Vessels means, collectively, (a) the “Joe G. Jr.” with Official Number 511366, registered and flagged under the Laws of the United States; and (b) the “Savannah River” with Official Number 586452, registered and flagged under the Laws of the United States.

Examples of US Vessels in a sentence

  • Each of the US Vessels is duly documented in the name of its respective owner under the law and flag of the United States and is entitled to engage in the coastwise trade of the United States.

  • Each of Grand River and Black Creek shall maintain the documentation of the US Vessels that it owns under the laws of the United States of America (and shall ensure that the owner of each US Vessel not owned by it maintains the documentation of such US Vessels under the laws of the United States of America) and shall maintain the qualification of the US Vessels to operate in the US coastwide trade.

  • Such deductibles hereunder shall not be greater than US$800,000 for US Vessels or Cdn.$800,000 for Cdn.

  • Grand River and Black Creek will maintain, or will cause the owners of the US Vessels to maintain, all proper licenses and permits in force at all times and not do or permit anything to be done which might affect such documentation, registration or qualification, other than, (x) with respect to any period of seasonal temporary layup and (y) with respect to the Invincible, any failure to comply associated with and only to the extent required during a period of temporary or long-term lay-up.

Related to US Vessels

  • Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);

  • U.S.-flag vessel means a vessel of the United States or belonging to the United States, including any vessel registered or having national status under the laws of the United States.

  • Foreign flag vessel means any vessel that is not a U.S.-flag vessel.

  • Vessels shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Mortgaged Vessel means, at any relevant time, any Vessel which is at such time subject to a Mortgage and a Vessel shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, be regarded as a Mortgaged Vessel as from the date on which the Mortgage of that Vessel has been executed and registered in accordance with this Agreement until whichever shall be the earlier of (i) the payment in full of the amount required to be paid to the Agent pursuant to clause 4.3 or 4.5 following the Total Loss or sale respectively of such Vessel and (ii) the end of the Facility Period;
