USD Coin definition

USD Coin or “USDC” means the stablecoin managed by the Centre consortium and pegged to the United States dollar.

USD Coin means an ERC-20 cryptographic digital token, based on the standards created by Xxxxxx.xx and issued by Circle Internet Financial Limited, Coinbase, or other money transmitters, having value at all times of approximately one ($1.00) United States Dollar. This Subscription Agreement (this “Subscription Agreement”) relates to the Investor’s agreement to irrevocably purchase Digital Security Tokens in the amount set forth on the Intermediary’s portal page, to be issued by the Co-issuer on behalf of the Company, subject to the terms, conditions, acknowledgments, representations, and warranties stated herein and in the Offering Statement for the sale of the Digital Security Tokens, as the same may be supplemented or amended (collectively, the “Offering Statements”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Offering Statements. Investor understands that if Investor wishes to purchase Digital Security Tokens, Investor must complete this Subscription Agreement and submit the applicable Subscription Price in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Offering Statements and on the Intermediary’s portal page for this Offering. Investor understands that the purchase price of each Digital Security Token is $250.

USD Coin means an ERC-20 cryptographic digital token, based on the standards created by Xxxxxx.xx and issued by Circle Internet Financial Limited, Coinbase or other money transmitters, having value at all times of approximately one ($1.00) United States Dollar.

Examples of USD Coin in a sentence

• The Company will accept payment for the Tokens purchased under this Agreement in U.S. dollars (by bank wire only) or USD Coin (“USDC”), or USD Tether (“USDT”).

• Where available, you may also elect to buy USD Coin through Coinbase, a Digital Currency fully collateralized by the US Dollar, which is issued by Circle Internet Financial (“Circle”) and supported by Coinbase (“USDC”).

• The Company will accept payment for the notes purchased under this Agreement in U.S. dollars, Bitcoin (“BTC”), USD Tether (“USDT”), USD Coin (“USDC”) and Ether (“ETH”).

• Exhibit A shall also reflect the Purchase Price in USD Coin (USDC), bitcoin (BTC) and ether (ETH) as well as the applicable USDC/USD, BTC/USD and ETH/USD exchange rates.

• Digital Currency means digital currencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum, as well as USD Coin (“USDC”), described in Section 3.9 below.

• The Company agrees to accept payment for the Purchase Amount in Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Dogecoin (DOGE), or USD Coin (USDC); provided that the Company may elect to accept other methods or forms of payment on an as-converted to U.S. dollars basis in its sole discretion and subject to BitPay’s support of such digital assets.

• Before the investor executes the RVW Token purchase, the investor will be prompted to submit payment either by (i) Bitcoin BTC, (ii) Ethereum ETH or (iii) USD Coin USDC.

• The Company agrees to accept payment for the Purchase Amount via Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), or USD Coin (USDC) through BitPay; provided that the Company may elect to accept other methods or forms of payment on an as-converted to U.S. dollars basis in its sole discretion and subject to BitPay’s support of such digital assets.

• Where available, you may also elect to buy USD Coin from Coinbase, a Digital Currency fully collateralized by the US Dollar, which is issued by Circle Internet Financial ("Circle") and supported by Coinbase ("USDC").
