borrowing rate means the interest rate expressed as a fixed or variable percentage applied on an annual basis to the amount of credit drawn down;
Revolving Advances means Advances made other than Letters of Credit.
Aggregate Borrowing Base means the aggregate amount of the U.S. Borrowing Base and the Canadian Borrowing Base; provided that the maximum amount of the Canadian Borrowing Base which may be included in the Aggregate Borrowing Base is the Canadian Sublimit.
Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.
Canadian Borrowing Base means, at any time, an amount in Dollars equal to:
Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.
Revolving Loan Availability means, at any time, the Revolving Loan Limit minus the Revolving Loan Outstandings.
Revolving Credit Availability means, at any particular time, the amount by which the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment at such time exceeds the Revolving Credit Obligations outstanding at such time.
Revolving Facility Usage means at any time the sum of the outstanding Revolving Credit Loans, the outstanding Swing Loans, and the Letter of Credit Obligations.
ABR Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of ABR Revolving Loans.
Revolving Advance has the meaning given in Section 2.1.
Overadvance Amount has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.4(f).
Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage means with respect to any Revolving Credit Lender at any time, such Revolving Credit Lender’s Applicable Percentage in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility at such time.
Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
Swingline Advance means an advance made by the Swingline Lender, if any, to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.
Revolving Credit Advances has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1.
Overadvance Loan means a Base Rate Loan made when an Overadvance exists or is caused by the funding thereof.
Borrowing Availability means as of any date of determination the Maximum Amount less the sum of (i) the Revolving Loan and Swing Line Loan then outstanding and (ii) the Reserves as then in effect.
Notice of Revolving Credit Advance has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(a).
Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Revolving Facility Loans.
Committed Revolving Line means a credit extension of up to Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000).
Canadian Borrowing means a Borrowing of Canadian Loans.
ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
Canadian Base Rate Loan means a Canadian Loan that bears interest at a rate per annum determined by reference to the Canadian Prime Rate.
Revolving Credit Percentage as to any Revolving Credit Lender at any time, the percentage which such Lender's Revolving Credit Commitment then constitutes of the Total Revolving Credit Commitments (or, at any time after the Revolving Credit Commitments shall have expired or terminated, the percentage which the aggregate principal amount of such Lender's Revolving Credit Loans then outstanding constitutes of the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Credit Loans then outstanding).
