Usual Charge definition

Usual Charge means the charge which the contractor or subcontractor most frequently charges non-departmental clients or purchasers for a similar service, activity or procedure.
Usual Charge and “UC” each has the meaning provided for in OAR 410-120-0000.
Usual Charge means the amount most commonly charged by health care providers for the same or similar services.

  • The total amount collected from The Plan, or administered accounts, and the Blue Preferred PPO Member for copayment, deductible and coinsurance, but not including Noncovered Services, may not exceed the lesser of Group's Usual Charge or The Plan's Maximum Reimbursement Allowance.
