Usual Country of Residence definition

Usual Country of Residence means the place from which any Journey of an Insured Person commences, and outside of which country this Policy is effective. Usual Country of Residence will be deemed to be Hong Kong unless otherwise specifically endorsed in the Policy Schedule by the Company.
Usual Country of Residence means the country in which the Insured Person is usually living at the commencement date of his/her cover under the Policy and which is declared on the Application Form, and which is stated in the policy schedule.
Usual Country of Residence means the country in which the Insured Person is ordinarily residing.

  • If a CAP Member dies while traveling, FocusPoint will arrange all necessary government authorization, including the cost of any embalming, all necessary documentation, a container suitable for transport, and the means of transportation of the remains, to the CAP Member’s Usual Country of Residence.

  • Aspire will arrange for one return airfare for a relative or a friend of the User wishing to join the User who, when travelling alone, is hospitalised outside the Home Country or Usual Country of Residence.

  • In the event of Illness or Injury of the Beneficiary occurring outside the Usual Country of Residence, the Assistance Company will pay the usual, customary, necessary and reasonable costs of hospitalization, surgery, medical fees and pharmaceutical products, prescribed by the attending doctor.

  • Return to the Home Country or Usual Country of Residence In the event of the death of the Insured Member’s close relative in his/her Home Country or Usual Country of Residence while the Insured Member is travelling overseas (save for in the case of migration) and necessitating an unexpected return to his Home Country or Usual Country of Residence, Intl.SOS will arrange and pay for one economy class return airfare for the return of the Insured Member to his/her Home Country or Usual Country of Residence.

  • Intl.SOS will arrange for transporting the Insured Member’s mortal remains from the place of death to the Home Country or Usual Country of Residence and pay for all expenses reasonably and unavoidably incurred in the air and/or surface transportation so arranged by Intl.SOS or alternatively pay the cost of burial at the place of death as approved by Intl.SOS, subject to any governmental regulations.
