COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. The country:
(1) where the Insured resides the majority of any calendar or policy year; or
(2) where the Insured has resided more than one hundred and eighty (180) continuous days during any three hundred and sixty five (365) day period while the policy is in force.

COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. To be entitled to coverage, the Insured (principal, spouse, and dependent children) must be residents and live permanently in the country declared as residence in the Insurance Application for a minimum of one hundred and eighty (180) continuous or discontinuous days during the calendar year. This policy is not available to, nor can it be issued or renewed to, persons who reside in the United States of America for more than one hundred and eighty (180), continuous or discontinuous days in a period of three hundred and sixty-five (365) days regardless of the type of visa issued to the Insured or their immigration status, without prejudice to the foregoing, the Insurer reserves the right to evaluate the eligibility, early cancellation, or non-renewal of the policy, if any Insured (principal, spouse and dependent children) resides or is present in another country, other than the one declared as residence in the Insurance Application. The Insurer reserves the right to early cancellation should an Insured (principal, spouse and dependent children) switch their residence to the United States of America or another country other than the one declared as residence in the Insurance Application regardless of the type of visa issued to the Insured or their immigration status.
COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. The country in which the policyholder spends the greatest amount of time during the period of insurance.
COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. Country of Residence means the country in which the Insured Person is currently residing as specified in the Insured Person’s correspondence address in the Certificate of Insurance.
COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. You must be a legal resident of a country to which Younique is formally permitting Presenter enrollment (per Section 6.2.6 below), or if you are not a legal resident you must be legally authorized to work in your country of residence in order to enroll as a Younique Presenter. If it is discovered that an individual has provided Younique with false residency information or false tax ID information during enrollment, the individual’s Younique account will be closed and the individual will lose any commissions not already paid out. Younique communication, in any form, whether from a Presenter or the corporate office, should not encourage individuals who are not legally authorized to work in their respective countries to complete the enrollment process.
COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. 1. Subject to paragraph 2, the question whether a person is or, at any past time, was residing in the territory of one of the Contracting Parties for the purposes of this Agreement shall be determined by reference to the domestic laws of that Contracting Party.
2. Where, for a period, a person is a resident of both Australia and New Zealand, that period shall be counted:
(a) in relation to a claim for an Australian benefit, only as a period of residence in Australia; and
(b) in relation to a claim for a New Zealand benefit, only as a period of residence in New Zealand.
(a) moves permanently from the territory of one Contracting Party to the territory of the other Contracting Party and arrives in the last- mentioned territory not more than 12 weeks after his or her departure from the firstmentioned territory; and
(b) immediately prior to his or her departure, was paid a benefit by the first-mentioned Contracting Party, any benefit that is payable, whether by virtue of this Agreement or otherwise, to that person by that other Contracting Party shall be paid with effect from a date conforming with the pattern of payments for the benefit payable to the person, being a date not later than the date succeeding that on which the first-mentioned benefit ceased to be paid.
COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. For an Eligible Employee: The country in which the Eligible Employee resides while working abroad for the Company and which is covered by this contract. For a Family Member: The country in which the covered Family Members reside whilst the Eligible Employee is working abroad for the Company.
