LLC Division means the division of a limited liability company into two or more limited liability companies, with the dividing company continuing or terminating its existence as a result, whether pursuant to the laws of any applicable jurisdiction or otherwise (including, without limitation, any “plan of division” under Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act or any similar statute or provision under applicable law or otherwise).
Delaware LLC Division means the statutory division of any Delaware LLC into two or more Delaware LLCs pursuant to Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.

Stores means the goods specified in the Supply Order or schedule which the supplier / contractor has agreed to supply under contract.
Nexus means that a partnership’s business activity is of such a degree that the state or foreign country has jurisdic- tion to impose an income tax or franchise tax measured by net income. Under Public Law 86-272, a state can’t impose an income tax or franchise tax based on net income on a partnership selling tangible personal property if the part- nership’s only activity in the state is the solicitation of or- ders, which orders are approved outside the state and are filled by delivery from a point outside the state.

State public body means any city, town, incorporated village, county, metropolitan district, or other subdivision or public body of the state.
Residentia Group means Residentia Group Pty Ltd of 165 Barkly Avenue Burnley VIC, ACN 600 546 656 in respect of Appliances purchased in Australia;
Ambulatory surgical center means any public or private State licensed and approved (whenever required by law) establishment with an organized medical staff of Physicians, with permanent facilities that are equipped and operated primarily for the purpose of performing Surgical Procedures, with continuous Physician services and registered professional nursing service whenever a patient is in the facility, and which does not provide service or other accommodations for patients to stay overnight.
Public utilities means those utilities defined in sections 4905.02, 4905.03, 4907.02, and 4907.03 of the Revised Code; in the case of a foreign corporation, it means those utilities defined as public utilities by the laws of its domicile; and in the case of any other foreign issuer, it means those utilities defined as public utilities by the laws of the situs of its principal place of business. The term always includes railroads whether or not they are so defined as public utilities.
Commissioner-General means the Commissioner-General appointed under the Zambia Revenue Authority Act;
Biotechnology means any technological application that uses biological systems, living organisms, or derivatives thereof, to make or modify products or processes for specific use.
