Utilities easements definition

Utilities easements means rights-of-way which may be used by public utilities, including, but not limited to, electricity, water, natural gas, sewer, telephone and television cable for the construction, operation, maintenance, alteration and repair of their respective facilities.
Utilities easements means the easements to be reserved by Seller over and beneath a portion of the Property for location, installation, maintenance, repair, restoration and replacement of certain private utilities presently serving other real property owned by Seller.

  • Conservation easement means a nonpossessory interest of a holder in real property imposing limitations or affirmative obligations the purposes of which include retaining or protecting natural, scenic, or open-space values of real property, assuring its availability for agricultural, forest, recreational, or open-space use, protecting natural resources, maintaining or enhancing air or water quality, or preserving the historical, architectural, archaeological, or cultural aspects of real property.

  • Easement Agreement means any conditions, covenants and restrictions, easements, declarations, licenses and other agreements which are Permitted Encumbrances and such other agreements as may be granted in accordance with Section 19.1.

  • Sanitary landfill means an engineered land burial facility for the disposal of household waste which is so located, designed, constructed and operated to contain and isolate the waste so that it does not pose a substantial present or potential hazard to human health or the environment. A sanitary landfill also may receive other types of solid wastes, such as commercial solid waste, nonhazardous sludge, hazardous waste from conditionally exempt small quantity generators, construction demolition debris, and nonhazardous industrial solid waste.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;
