Utility Coordination definition

Utility Coordination means coordination of Utility Work pursuant to the Utility Coordination Plan.
Utility Coordination. The complete effort for utility coordination is to include accurately identifying and mapping of existing utilities, identifying and defining any relocations or modifications required by the Project, and documenting utilities in accordance with Caltrans policies, and coordinating any future utility requirements for the Project. ▪ Coordinate with all utility companies early in Project to identify and confirm any potential conflicts with the Project. ▪ Submit proposed plans to utility companies as necessary for review in accordance with utility requirements. ▪ Complete potholing to verify location of utilities in potential conflict areas. ▪ Coordinate any necessary utility relocations, including and temporary relocation of the utility facilities, as needed, for bridge installation or other construction considerations. ▪ Coordinate with PG&E and the SJWC for future power and water service points needed for the Project. ▪ Develop and maintain a list of utility contacts and relocation tracking database for the Project design and construction activities. ▪ Prepare Utility A, B, and C letters. ▪ Conduct utility coordination meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and track action items. ▪ Prepare utility conflict maps clearly delineating existing and proposed utilities in current and final locations. ▪ Provide support to the Town for the utility relocation process, determining liability for the costs associated with necessary relocations. ▪ Prepare necessary Utility Agreements. ▪ Incorporate relocation activities into Project schedule. ▪ Certify that all utility conflicts are addressed and other actions necessary to obtain the Utility Certification as part of the ROW Certification.
Utility Coordination has the meaning given in Section 1.1 [Definitions] of Schedule 28 [Project Approvals and Utility Matters] Part 2 [Utility Matters].

  • Order Coordination refers to standard BellSouth service order coordination involving the reuse of facilities for SL2 voice loops and all digital loops, where Choctaw is requesting that their loop order be provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. Order coordination for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date and Choctaw will be advised.

  • Coordination means the process through which the infrastructure manager and applicants will attempt to resolve situations in which there are conflicting applications for infrastructure capacity;

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The designated employee will be knowledgeable of the Project and be experienced in managing projects similar to the one established herein.

  • Title IX Coordinator means an employee of the school district that coordinates the school district’s efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title IX. The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for acting as the primary contact for the parties and ensuring that the parties are provided with all notices, evidence, reports, and written determinations to which they are entitled under this policy and grievance process. The Title IX Coordinator is also responsible for effective implementation of any supportive measures or remedies. The Title IX Coordinator must be free from conflicts of interest and bias when administrating the grievance process.

  • Service Coordinator has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Project Management Unit and “PMU” each means the Recipient’s unit responsible for the implementation of its Respective Part of the Project referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
