Utility Services Account definition

Utility Services Account means the account a consumer sets up with the Town for the main purpose of receiving and paying utility invoices;
Utility Services Account means an agreement between the City and the Customer for the provision of Utility Services, where the Customer shall be Invoiced for services received or rendered.

  • Utility services means any products, services, and equipment related to energy, telecommunications,

  • Utility service means the transportation or transmission of natural gas or electricity by means of mains, wires, lines or pipes, to users or customers.

  • In-Service Account means a separate account to be kept for each Participant that has elected to take in-service distributions as described in Section 5.4. The In-Service Account shall be adjusted in the same manner and at the same time as the Deferred Compensation Account under Section 8 and in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8.

  • AAVS Account means the account to which your Automatic Add Value Service is linked, as defined or specified in the relevant Application Form or such other account as notified to us by the Financial Institution or by the AAVS Account Holder from time to time;

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.
