VA Buyout Loan means an Eligible Mortgage Loan that (a) is guaranteed by VA, (b) is a Ginnie Mae Mortgage Loan, (c) has been pxxxxxxex xut of a Ginnie Mae Security, and (d) is not a Moxxxxxx Loan.44
