Vacated Property definition

Vacated Property. As defined in Section 16.
Vacated Property means vacant property or property that will not be inspected or occupied for a period in excess of 96 hours.
Vacated Property means Land containing buildings or structures which are not regularly occupied or regularly used by the Owner or by any authorized Occupant.

  • State Supply shall pay all fees and costs and state deed tax related to the recording of the Quit Claim Deed for the HRA Vacated Property.
