Assessed Property definition

Assessed Property means any Parcel within the District against which an Assessment is levied.
Assessed Property means, for any year, Parcels within the District other than Non-Benefited Property.
Assessed Property means the property on which Assessments have been imposed as shown in the Assessment Roll, as the Assessment Roll is updated each year by the Annual Service Plan Update. Assessed Property includes Parcels within PID No. 1 other than Non-Benefited Property.

Examples of Assessed Property in a sentence

  • Within 10 days after written request from a party hereto, the other party shall provide a written certification, indicating whether this Agreement remains in effect as to a Phase #3 Assessed Property, and whether any party is then in default hereunder.

  • Any Landowner who is a Builder shall attach the Recorded Notices and the final Phase #3 Assessment Roll for such Phase #3 Assessed Property (or if the Phase #3 Assessment Roll is not available for such Phase #3 Assessed Property, then a schedule showing the maximum 30-year payment for such Phase #3 Assessed Property) as an addendum to any residential homebuyer’s contract.

  • This Agreement shall terminate and be of no further force and effect as to the Phase #3 Assessed Property upon payment in full of the Phase #3 Assessment(s) against such Phase #3 Assessed Property.

More Definitions of Assessed Property

Assessed Property means the property that benefits from the Authorized Improvements to be provided by the PID on which Assessments have been imposed as shown in each Assessment Roll, as each Assessment Roll is updated each year by the Annual Service Plan Update. Assessed Property includes Parcels within the PID other than Non-Benefited Property.
Assessed Property means any Parcel within the District other than Non-Benefitted Property against which an Operations and Maintenance Assessment is levied.
Assessed Property or “Assessed Properties” means property within the PID that benefits from the Authorized Improvements and on which Special Assessments have been levied as shown on the Assessment Roll (as the same may be updated each year by the Annual Service Plan Update) and which includes any and all Parcels within the PID other than Non-Benefited Property.
Assessed Property means any parcel of real property located within the Service District Area that is subject to local taxation in accordance with Section 15.2-2403.5 of the Service District Law other than any parcel of real property that is utilized by its owners primarily for their own residential purposes, owned by the federal, state or local government or owned by Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority
Assessed Property means, for any year, Parcels within the PID other than Non- Benefited Property.
