Head of Office means a Gazetted Officer declared as such by the Head of the Department under Rule 3 of these Rules;
Retirement office means the Kentucky Retirement Systems office building in Frankfort;
Executive Office means such office of the Company as the Directors may from time to time determine to be the principal office of the Company.
Office or place of profit means any office or place—
Employment office means a free public employment office, or branch thereof, operated by this state or maintained as a part of a state-controlled system of public employment offices.
Judicial office means the office filled by any judicial officer.
Business Office means the primary business office of the Administrative Agent, as communicated to the Trustee from time to time.
Transfer Office means the place where the principal register is situate for the time being.

County office means any officer, department, board, commission, agency, court, or other instrumentality of a county.
Elective office means an office regularly filled by vote of the people.
Eurodollar Office means, relative to any Lender, the office of such Lender designated as such on Schedule 1.01(a) or designated in the Lender Assignment Agreement pursuant to which such Lender became a Lender hereunder or such other office of a Lender as designated from time to time by notice from such Lender to the Borrowers’ Agent and the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 4.04 (Obligation to Mitigate) that shall be making or maintaining Eurodollar Loans of such Lender hereunder.
Registration Office means in respect of any class of share capital, such place or places in the Relevant Territory or elsewhere where the Directors from time to time determine to keep a branch register of shareholders of the Company in respect of that class of share capital and where (except in cases where the Directors otherwise agree) transfers of other documents of title for such class of share capital are to be lodged for registration and are to be registered;
Regular place of business means an office at which the taxpayer carries on its business in a regular and systematic manner and which is continuously maintained, occupied and used by employees of the taxpayer.
working office means the office of the sponsoring firm where an individual does most of his or her business.
Nearest Place of Safety means a location determined by the Designated Security Consultant where:
Campaign for elective office means any activity in furtherance of an effort to influence the selection, nomination, election, or appointment of any individual to any federal, State, or local public office or office in a political organization, or the selection, nomination, or election of Presidential or Vice-Presidential electors, but does not include activities (i) relating to the support or opposition of any executive, legislative, or administrative action, (ii) relating to collective bargaining, or (iii) that are otherwise in furtherance of the person's official duties.
Michigan film office means the office created under chapter 2A of the Michigan strategic fund act, 1984 PA 270, MCL 125.2029 to 125.2029g.
Principal Office means, when used with respect to the Depositary, the principal office of the Depositary at which at any particular time its depositary receipts business shall be administered, which, at the date of the Deposit Agreement, is located at 300 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, X.X.X.
place of safety means any institution, hospital or other suitable place the occupier of which is willing to accept the temporary care of a child;
elected Office means the national Office of or acting for the State elected by the applicant under Chapter II of this Treaty;
Post Office means the South African Post Office, a public company with limited liability duly incorporated in accordance with company laws of the Republic of South Africa with registration number 1991/005477/06.
Records Office means an office of the Company in Nevada, which may but need not be a place of its business, at which it shall keep all records identified in NRS 86.241, except that in lieu of keeping a list of members at the Records Office, the Company may keep a statement with the registered agent, setting forth the name and address of the custodian of such records.
End Office means a local ALLTEL switching point where ALLTEL end user customer station loops are terminated for purposes of interconnection to each other and to the network. "End User" means, whether or not capitalized, any business, residential or governmental customer of services covered by the Agreement and includes the term "Customer". More specific meanings of either of such terms are dependent upon the context in which they appear in the Agreement and the provisions of the Act.
