If the Purchasing Agency disputes in good faith the whole or any portion of a Valid Tax Invoice, the Purchasing Agency will pay the portion of the Valid Tax Invoice that is not in dispute, but may withhold payment of the disputed portion until the dispute is resolved.
Subject to the receipt of a Valid Tax Invoice, the amount of the GST payable under clause 11.2 must be paid to the Supplier by the Recipient at the same time as any payment is made involving the Supplier in GST liability.
