Designated country definition

Designated country means any of the following countries:
Designated country means Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Chile, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea (Republic of), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
Designated country means a country designated by the governor as a threat to critical infrastructure under Government Code 2274.0103.

Examples of Designated country in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 1.3, Customer may only install and operate Licensed Products on the applicable Designated Computers or Designated Networks on computer systems and networks situated in the applicable Designated Country.

  • Customer may only install and operate Designated Server Products on the applicable Designated Server(s) situated in the applicable Designated Country.

  • Customer may, from time to time, change the Designated Server and/or the Designated Country in which Customer seeks to install or operate a Licensed Product, provided that in each case (i) Customer shall give prior written notice to PTC of any such change, and (ii) upon moving the Licensed Products to a different Designated Country, Customer shall pay the associated Uplift Fees.

Designated country means the country of installation specified by Customer in connection with its order of the Licensed Products. The Designated Country may be changed only in accordance with Section 1.2 of this Agreement.
