Relevant Price or "S(k)" means, in relation to a Fund Interest and any Strategy Calculation Date, the Fund Value per Fund Interest.
Valuation Price means in respect of a Valuation Date and any relevant Scheduled Trading Day, the price of the Reference Asset at the Valuation Time on such day, as determined by the Determination Agent.
Valuation Amount means, in respect of each Vessel, the value thereof as most recently determined under clause 8.2.2; and
Reference Price means the Reference Price of the Underlying as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Calculation Rate For each Distribution Date, in the case of the Class A and Class B Interests, the product of (i) 10 and (ii) the weighted average rate of the outstanding Class A and Class B Interests, treating each Class A Interest as capped at zero or reduced by a fixed percentage of 100% of the interest accruing on such Class.
Relevant Amount means the amount of contributions which would have been required to be made by the relevant employer had such contributions been obligatory under the Central Provident Fund Act in respect of —
Fallback Reference Price (if the relevant parties have specified an alternate Commodity Reference Price in the Confirmation);
Relevant Reference Price means the Reference Price on the Final Valuation Date. "Security Holder" means the holder of a Security.
Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.
SAFE Price means the price per share equal to (x) the Valuation Cap divided by (y) the Fully Diluted Capitalization.
Fair Market Price means the average value at the relevant time and place (of the requirement to determine the Fair Market Price) to be derived from the average of three independent broker valuations by a broker appointed by Grain Trade Australia, with the valuations to take into account the Grade and variety and taking into account the cost of insurance, levies, taxes, charges, Freight and associated costs.
Worst Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the lowest Underlying Reference Value for any Underlying Reference in the Basket in respect of such SPS Valuation Date.
Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;
Reference Pricei means the Reference Pricei of the relevant Basket Componenti as specified in
Valuation Cap means $8,000,000.
Valuation Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).
Congestion Price means the congestion component of the Locational Marginal Price, which is the effect on transmission congestion costs (whether positive or negative) associated with increasing the output of a generation resource or decreasing the consumption by a Demand Resource, based on the effect of increased generation from or consumption by the resource on transmission line loadings, calculated as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.
Index Start Value means 1,000 index points and represents the Index Closing Value on Index Calculation Day T=0 for the purposes of calculating the index in accordance with C).
Valuation Percentage means, for any item of Eligible Collateral, the percentage specified in Paragraph 13.
Adjustment Price means the lowest Underlying Price within the Adjustment Period after the Underlying Price is for the first time equal to or below the Adjustment Threshold.
Average VWAP means the average of the VWAP for each Trading Day in the relevant period.
relevant week means the reduction week or part-week in which the capital in question of which the applicant has deprived himself within the meaning of paragraph 67(1)—
Catalog price means a price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that is regularly maintained by the manufacturer or vendor, is either published or otherwise available for inspection by customers, and states prices at which sales are currently, or were last, made to a significant number of buyers constituting the general public; and
Open Market Adjustment Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 2(I).
Formula Price means the highest of: (a) the highest composite daily closing price of the Stock during the period beginning on the 60th calendar day prior to the Change of Control and ending on the date of such Change of Control, (b) the highest gross price paid for the Stock during the same period of time, as reported in a report on Schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or (c) the highest gross price paid or to be paid for a share of Stock (whether by way of exchange, conversion, distribution upon merger, liquidation or otherwise) in any of the transactions set forth in Section 9 of the Plan as constituting a Change of Control; provided that in the case of the exercise of any such Right related to an Incentive Stock Option, “Formula Price” shall mean the Fair Market Value of the Stock at the time of such exercise.
relevant year means a year commencing at 00:00 hours on 1 April and ending at 23:59 hours on the following 31 March;
