value of work definition

value of work means an amount determined in accordance with the construction contract under which the work is performed or where the contract contains no such provision, the cost of any work performed in accordance with that contract together with an amount equal to any overhead or profit included in the contract price;
value of work means the value of the proposed work including value of land, work, labour, equipment, materials, and design services; and

Related to value of work

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • ordinary hours of work means the hours of work permitted in terms of clause 11;

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.
