ordinary hours of work definition

ordinary hours of work means the hours of work permitted in terms of clause 11;

ordinary hours of work means the hours of work permitted in terms of section 9 or in terms of any agreement in terms of sections 11 or 12;

More Definitions of ordinary hours of work

ordinary hours of work means the hours of work prescribed in clause 8 but if by agreement between an employer and the employee the latter works a lesser number of ordinary hours, it means such shorter hours;
