Following the Distribution, Ashland Employees, Former Ashland Employees and Former Valvoline Employees shall not be permitted to acquire shares of Valvoline Common Stock fund under the Ashland Global 401(k) Plan, except for the shares of Valvoline Common Stock acquired in connection with the Distribution.
