Variable Compensation Plan definition

Variable Compensation Plan means the Variable Compensation Plan of the Company, authorized under the Incentive Compensation Plan and which provides for awards in the form of annual cash bonuses, and any successor plan.
Variable Compensation Plan means that certain post-Effective Date director and officer variable compensation plan to be approved and implemented by the New Board as set forth in Article IV of the Plan, substantially in the form set forth in the Plan Supplement.
Variable Compensation Plan means Socket Mobile Inc.’s 2019 Management Incentive Variable Compensation Plan, as amended, that detail conditions under which a Management Employee may receive additional compensation.
