Variable Funding Securities definition

Variable Funding Securities means a Series of Investor Securities, issued pursuant to Section 6.9 and a Variable Funding Supplement, in one or more Classes.

Examples of Variable Funding Securities in a sentence

  • On each Business Day, Shared Principal Collections shall be allocated to each outstanding Series pro rata based on the Principal Shortfall, if any, for each such Series, and then, at the option of the Transferor, any remainder may be applied as principal with respect to the Variable Funding Securities.
