Variable Spread Fixing Charge definition

Variable Spread Fixing Charge means, for a Conversion of all or any portion of the Loan that accrues interest at a rate based on the Variable Spread, the Bank’s charge for such a Conversion in effect 12:01 a.m. Washington, D.C. time, one calendar day prior to the execution of the Conversion.

  • If the Bank accepts a request for a Conversion of all or any amount of the Loan that accrues interest at a rate based on the Variable Spread, the Conversion shall be effected first by fixing the Variable Spread applicable to such amount into the Fixed Spread for the Loan Currency and adding to such Fixed Spread the Variable Spread Fixing Charge, followed immediately by the Conversion requested by the Borrower.

  • Monthly Recurring Charge refers to the sum that the Requesting Licensee shall pay for the service on a monthly basis computed from the beginning of the month as specified in Schedule 15;

  • Variable Interest Rate means any interest rate that does not qualify as a fixed credit interest rate;

  • Restructuring Charges means all charges and expenses caused by or attributable to any restructuring, severance, relocation, consolidation, closing, integration, business optimization or transition, signing, retention or completion bonus or curtailments or modifications to pension and post-retirement employee benefit plans.

  • Prepayment Charge Schedule A data field in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A which sets forth the amount or method of calculation of the Prepayment Charge and the term during which such Prepayment Charge is imposed with respect to a Mortgage Loan.

  • RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.

  • Weighted Average Net Mortgage Interest Rate As to any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to the average, expressed as a percentage of the Net Mortgage Interest Rates of all Mortgage Loans that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of the respective Scheduled Principal Balances of such Mortgage Loans.

  • ESG Pricing Provisions has the meaning specified in Section 2.18.

  • Discount Net Mortgage Rate As defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Variable Costs means the Train Operator’s costs which vary as a result of a Category 3 Disruption, a Relevant Cancellation or a Relevant Service Variation (as the case may be) arising directly from changes in train mileage including staff, maintenance, fuel or electricity costs, and the Variable Charge.

  • Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.

  • Reference Interest Rate Replacement Adjustment means the first alternative set forth in the order below that can be determined by the Issuer or its designee as of the Reference Interest Rate Replacement Date:

  • 5-year Mid-Swap Rate means, in relation to a Reset Interest Period and the Reset Rate of Interest Determination Date in relation to such Reset Interest Period:

  • Modified Net Mortgage Rate As to any Mortgage Loan that is the subject of a Servicing Modification, the Net Mortgage Rate minus the rate per annum by which the Mortgage Rate on such Mortgage Loan was reduced.

  • Weighted Average Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of each Mortgage Loan in that Loan Group, weighted on the basis of its Stated Principal Balance as of the Due Date in the prior month (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments in the Prepayment Period related to such prior Due Date).

  • FIXED CHARGE PER MONTH means the fixed charge per month payable by company which is inclusive of depreciation, parking fee if applicable, all applicable taxes & duties including VAT, insurances, wages and other emoluments of Operator/Driver(s) / Helper(s) /Jugalees and other operation staff/crew excluding GST.

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate means the formula rate established pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 115 of this Tariff.

  • Reference Interest Rate Replacement Conforming Changes means, with respect to any Reference Interest Rate Replacement, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the definition of "Interest Period", timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, changes to the definition of "Corresponding Tenor" solely when such tenor is longer than the Interest Period and other administrative matters) that the Issuer or its designee decides may be appropriate to reflect the adoption of such Reference Interest Rate Replacement in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Issuer or its designee decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Issuer or its designee determines that no market practice for use of the Reference Interest Rate Replacement exists, in such other manner as the Issuer or its designee determines is reasonably necessary).
