Vehicle Age definition

Vehicle Age with respect to a Financed Vehicle, means the year of origination of the Contract for such Financed Vehicle minus the model year of such Financed Vehicle.
Vehicle Age means the age of the vehicle computed by totaling the number of the years in between and including both the calendar year and model year. For example, a vehicle with a model year of 2009 has a vehicle age of 4 years in the 2012 calendar year (2009 + 2010 + 2011 + 2012).
Vehicle Age means the age of the WAV at the time when the Subsidy is paid (so that all the conditions for payment of the Subsidy listed in clause 4.1 must have been satisfied), calculated from the build date as shown on the vehicle manufacturer’s compliance plate.
