Vehicle frontal plane definition

Vehicle frontal plane means the plane perpendicular to the median longitudinal plane of the vehicle and touching its foremost point, disregarding the projection of devices for indirect vision and any part of the vehicle greater than 2.0 m above the ground.
Vehicle frontal plane means a plane perpendicular to the median longitudinal plane of the vehicle and touching the foremost point of the vehicle, disregarding the projection of devices for indirect vision and/or any vehicle parts installed at a height of more than 2m from the ground.
