Examples of Vendor Management Addendum in a sentence

  • Any information provided pursuant to this Vendor Management Addendum shall be used solely for the purposes expressly permitted hereunder and not for any other purpose.

  • This EXHIBIT 5-11 Section 14 shall survive the expiration and/or any earlier termination of the Agreement and/or this Vendor Management Addendum.
