Venture Capital Portfolio means that part of the Portfolio comprising the VCF Portfolio Securities.]
Venture Capital Portfolio means those assets of the Investment Portfolio, initially in the amount of $60 million, that will be invested in a portfolio of venture capital funds in accordance with Section 6.3 under the direction of the Investment Committee, purchased with the cash contributed by the Members pursuant to the Contribution Agreement.
