Venture Holdings definition

Venture Holdings has the meaning specified in the first paragraph.
Venture Holdings means Venture Packaging, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State Delaware, and its successors and assigns.

"Venture Stock Purchase/Merger Documents" means collectively the Venture Stock Purchase Agreement and any and all other agreements, documents or instruments, previously, now or hereafter executed and delivered by Venture Holdings, Venture Southeast, Venture Midwest, Xxxxx Venture, the Borrower, or any other Person in connection with the Venture Stock Purchase/Merger Transaction, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, supplemented and modified.
