Venturer Nonrecourse Debt Minimum Gain definition

Venturer Nonrecourse Debt Minimum Gain. See Section 5.4.
Venturer Nonrecourse Debt Minimum Gain means an amount, with respect to each Venturer Nonrecourse Debt, equal to the Venture Minimum Gain that would result if such Venturer Nonrecourse Debt were treated as a nonrecourse liability, determined in accordance with Treasury Regulations (S) 1.704-2(i)(3).
Venturer Nonrecourse Debt Minimum Gain shall have the meaning for partner nonrecourse debt minimum gain set forth in Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-2(I)(2). This Section 5.5(c) is intended to satisfy the requirements of Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-2(I) (including the partner nonrecourse debt minimum gain chargeback requirement) and shall be interpreted and applied in a manner consistent therewith.
