Venue Provider definition

Venue Provider means Putrade Property Management Sdn Bhd (249558-M) (Tel: +603-2614 6999) who is the owner and or the manager of the Exhibition Hall.

  • Any signs, symbols, or other objects displayed on the premises must be approved by the Venue Provider, and must be removed immediately following the duration the reservation.

  • If any damage occurs to the Facility, or if any repairs or replacements need to be made to the Facility as a result of damage made in the duration of the rental, the Renter shall pay Venue Provider for any such damage, repairs, or replacements upon demand by the Venue Provider ● I will be held liable for any guest, invitee, or visitor actions on the premises.

  • The Venue Proprietor HEREBY INDEMNIFIES the Production Company against any and all claims, costs or liabilities made by or incurred by the Venue Proprietor arising from a breach by the Venue Provider of any of the warranties made by it to the Production Company by this Contract and / or by any breach by the Venue Proprietor of any of its obligations under this Contract.

  • Neither the Venue Provider, nor their respective agents shall be liable for, and Renter agrees to defend and hold the Venue Provider and their respective agents harmless from, any claim, action and/or judgment for damages to property or injury to persons suffered or alleged to be suffered on the Premises by any person, firm or corporation.
