Exhibition Hall definition

Exhibition Hall means the exhibition organised by the Council to accommodate all participants, which will be built on a specified location assigned by the fair/exhibition organiser;
Exhibition Hall means the venue of the Exhibition;
Exhibition Hall means a place that provides exhibitors with physical space for holding exhibitions on the responsibility of the company (ownership or lease), which is dedicated and public space used by exhibitors or visitors from the date of installation of the device to the date of removal, regardless of whether there is an indoor or outdoor roof.

  • To ensure your safety, please follow the staff's instructions when entering and leaving the Exhibition Hall.

  • When a carpet is being removed, all adhesive substances and materials should be cleaned and removed from the Exhibition Hall together with the carpet.

  • Utility service contractors must fill in the affidavit of the Exhibition Hall and the notice for the sources of transmission of electricity/water/air to the exhibition site.

  • The staff shall also explain to the visitors that “the current capacity in the Exhibition Hall has reached the control volume.

  • Exhibitor/Sponsor shall abide by and observe all laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances of any applicable government authority and all rules of the Exhibition Hall.
