Verification Criteria definition

Verification Criteria means the minimum requirements that must be met by the User in order to verify the User’s identity telephonically or otherwise, as determined by the Bank.
Verification Criteria has the meaning set forth in Section 4(a).
Verification Criteria means the specific requirements required to be provided by the SUPPLIER under the provision of the scope of SERVICES as specified in the QUOTATION and any other scope of SERVICES as agreed by MCMC and the SUPPLIER.

  • If Partial Verification is conducted, the Contracting Authority will send to the Contractor, along with information on the date of Final Verification, also the information on the Devices with respect to which it was determined in the course of the most recent Partial Verification that they ran the risk of non-fulfillment of the criteria set forth in Appendix 11 to the Agreement [Final Verification Criteria].

Related to Verification Criteria

  • Examination Criteria means the loan classification criteria employed by, or any applicable regulations of, the Assuming Institution’s Chartering Authority at the time such action is taken, as such criteria may be amended from time to time.

  • Evaluation Criteria means a benchmark, standard or yardstick against which accomplishment, conformance, performance and suitability of an individual, alternative, activity, product or plan is measured to select the best supplier through a competitive process. Criteria may be qualitative or quantitative in nature.

  • Review Criteria has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.02(b)(i).

  • Selection Criteria means and includes all of the requirements, considerations,

  • ASAM criteria means admission, continued service, transfer, and discharge criteria for the treatment of substance use disorders as published by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
