Verizon Provider definition

Verizon Provider means a Verizon entity contracting to provide Services under a Contract and for the avoidance of doubt could be the same entity as Verizon Signatory.

Examples of Verizon Provider in a sentence

  • Where a Service Order (including on a quote) under the Agreement between Customer and Verizon (the Verizon Signatory) identifies a Verizon entity other than the Verizon Signatory as the provider of a Service (an Identified Provider), then upon execution of the applicable Service Order by the Verizon Signatory, its rights and obligations for that Service Order will be assigned to the Identified Provider, which then becomes the Verizon entity to provide the service (Verizon Provider) for that Service Order.

  • The Agreement may include one or more Contracts at the time of signing, and for purposes of administrative convenience the Verizon Signatory is also the Verizon Provider for those Contracts at that point.

  • Where a Contract identifies a Verizon entity other than the Verizon Signatory as the provider of Services (an “Identified Provider”), in the Service Order or elsewhere (including on a quote), then upon the Commencement Date of the applicable Contract, the rights and obligations of the Verizon Signatory for that Contract will be assigned to the Identified Provider, which then becomes the Verizon Provider for that Contract.

  • To the extent that Verizon Signatory acts on behalf of a Verizon Provider, and Customer Signatory acts on behalf of a Participating Entity, with respect to any Contract, each represents that it is duly authorized to do so.

  • Upon request of Verizon, Provider shall furnish copies of any subcontractor certificate(s) within ten (10) days after Verizon's request therefore.

  • The following provisions apply to Services provided in the specified country by a Verizon Provider legally organized in that country.

  • To the extent that Verizon Signatory acts on behalf of a Verizon Provider, and Customer Signatory acts on behalf of a Participating Entity with respect to any Contract, each represents that it is duly authorized to do so.

Related to Verizon Provider

  • Hub Provider means an entity that (i) provides Common Channel Signaling (SS7) connectivity between the networks of service providers that are not directly connected to each other; or (ii) provides third party database services such as LIDB. The SS7 messages received by Hub Providers are accepted or rejected by the Hub Provider depending on whether a contractual arrangement exists between the Hub Provider and the message originator (sender) and whether the message originator has contracted for the type of SS7 messages being submitted for transmission to the Hub Provider.

  • New Provider means any replacement service provider or providers engaged to provide the Services (or part thereof) or substantially similar services or the Authority itself where the Services or substantially similar services or part thereof continue to be provided by the Authority after partial termination, termination or expiry of this Contract;

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Data Provider means a Participant that is registered to provide information to GS1 South Africa for use through the Verified by GS1 Services.

  • Plan Provider means a Provider which has a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered to you.
