Vero Beach Electric Utility definition

Vero Beach Electric Utility means the electric utility system of electricity transmission and distribution owned or operated by Tenant providing retail electric service to the City of Vero Beach’s electric utility customers on and after the Effective Date.
Vero Beach Electric Utility means the electric utility system of electricity transmission and distribution owned and operated by Seller prior to the Closing Date and, provided that the Closing occurs, owned and operated by Buyer on and after the Closing Date.
