Vessel 1 Construction Contract definition
Vessel 1 Construction Contract means the Shipbuilding Contract (in Relation to Vessel 1), dated as of 24 September, 2010, among Breakaway One, the Parent and the Yard, as such Shipbuilding Contract may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof.
