Vessel Fleet Mortgage definition

Vessel Fleet Mortgage shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Agreement.
Vessel Fleet Mortgage means the mortgage or other security document granting a Lien on a Vessel owned and registered in the name of a Grantor. The Vessel Fleet Mortgage shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.
Vessel Fleet Mortgage means the ship mortgage or other security document granting a Lien on a Mortgaged Vessel to secure the Credit Party Obligations. The Vessel Fleet Mortgage shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1.1(k).

Examples of Vessel Fleet Mortgage in a sentence

  • In the event of any conflict between any one or more provisions in this Agreement and one or more provisions in a Vessel Fleet Mortgage, such provisions of this Agreement shall control.

  • Promptly after the Closing Date, Agent shall have received a Coast Guard form CG-1330, Certificate of Ownership, covering the Vessels subject to the Vessel Fleet Mortgages, evidencing recordation of the Vessel Fleet Mortgage in favor of Agent and copies of each Vessel Fleet Mortgage certified by the U.S. Coast Guard National Vessel Documentation Center.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the Credit Parties hereby agree that upon entering any Bank Product after the Closing Date or exercising any right to incur any Incremental Facility, they will execute, deliver and cause to be recorded an amendment to the Vessel Fleet Mortgage required by Section 2.5 or as otherwise reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent.

Vessel Fleet Mortgage. First Preferred Fleet Mortgage, dated as of the date hereof, by the Loan Party party thereto in favor of the Ship Mortgage Trustee covering the Vessels specified therein.

  • Aircraft Mortgage means each Aircraft and Engine mortgage and security agreement entered into by any Borrower in favor of the Agent evidencing the Liens in respect of such Aircraft Collateral that will secure the Obligations, in each case as amended, modified, restated, supplemented or replaced from time to time.

  • Ship Mortgage means a Ship Mortgage or Additional Ship Mortgage substantially in the form of Exhibit E-2 to the 2008 Credit Agreement (with such changes as are reasonably consented to by the Collateral Agent to account for local law matters) made by the applicable Loan Party in favor of Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, together with an Earnings Assignment and an Insurance Assignment made by the applicable Loan Party for each Mortgaged Vessel, and such other agreements reasonably acceptable to Collateral Agent as shall be necessary to comply with applicable requirements of law and effective to grant in favor of Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties a first preferred mortgage within the meaning of the Ship Mortgage Act on the Mortgaged Vessel covered thereby, subject only to Permitted Liens.

  • Blanket Mortgage The mortgage or mortgages encumbering a Cooperative Property.

  • Mortgage Addendum means the addendum to the Mortgage in the agreed form.

  • Split Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is part of a Loan Combination. The only Split Mortgage Loans that are assets of the Trust as of the Closing Date are those that have the respective loan numbers (as set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule) listed on the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Loan No. for related Mortgage Loan.”

  • FHA Mortgage Insurance means, mortgage insurance authorized under the National Housing Act, as amended from time to time, and provided by the FHA.

  • Park Sienna Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Sienna is the applicable Seller.
