  • To the extent permitted under applicable law, each Member (other than the Vestar Member and the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, respectively) waives his right to inspect any such information other than his ownership of Units.

  • Founding Member means any individual who is either:

  • Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.

  • Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.
